Open two drain taps if there is a risk of frost
UV lamp disassembled
17.4.3. Switching off.
When the TERA is switched off, the UVC6000 also switches
off.
The UVC6000 can also be switched off by pressing the blue
button on the control panel again.
If there is a risk of frost, remove residual water from the
UVC6000. For this, 2 drain taps have been installed under
the UV unit. Open these taps and leave them open until the
TERA is started again!
17.4.4. Maintenance.
The UVC is virtually maintenance free:
1.
Regularly check the LED indicator.
2.
Open the drain taps if there is a risk of frost.
17.4.5. Replacing the UV lamps.
If the LED indicator on the control panel lights up in red, the
UV lamps need replacing.
1.
Shut down the machine and switch off the power
supply.
2.
Remove the UVC6000 cover from the left column.
3.
Disconnect the connectors from the lamp units and
carefully loosen the nut (arrow).
4.
Carefully remove the UV lamp unit from the
housing.
5.
Check the sealing and slide the new lamp unit
CAREFULLY(!) into the housing. Tighten the nut
HAND-TIGHT.
6.
Connect the connectors to the lamps.
7.
Mount the cover. The UVC6000 is now ready for
use.
8.
After starting the TERA, check the UVC6000 for
leaks.
