17.2 Operation using a smartphone (WiFi)
•
The Dehaco TERA Dust Control Unit can be
operated remotely using RealVNC
®
software:
•
Download the VNC Viewer app (iOS / Android
/
Chrome)
on
your
smartphone.
•
Connect to the TERA's WIFI network. The
unique IP address, which is different on every
water nebuliser, is located on the inside of the
flap.
•
Start the VNC Viewer app.
•
Enter the VNC IP address, which is listed
second on the inside of the flap.
The smartphone will now show the same screen as the
touchscreen, and the Dust Control Unit can be
operated via the smartphone. Depending on the
environment, the range will extend to a few dozen
meters.
In case of malfunction, the reset buttons on the
machine must also be pressed. This cannot be done
remotely for safety reasons.
