Installation Guide

Installing An Advanced Feature License

To activate an 

Analytics

Capable function or the Third Party IP Camera feature, please contact Dedicated 

Micros Customer Services on Tel +44 (0) 845 600 9501 or contact us via our website:  

www.dedicatedmicros.com. 
The Customer Services team will provide details of how to unlock the 

Analytics

Capable potential of the 

unit or activate the Third Party IP Camera feature.

A License key and an Activation code (along with your Feature System code) are required to unlock the 

Third Party IP Camera feature or any 

Analytics

Capable

 function. This information is obtained from the 

Dedicated Micros Customer Services team on +44 (0) 845 600 9501

.

Dedicated Micros will then send an email containing the purchased License key. 
When this is received, contact the Customer Services team with both the License key and the unit unique 

Features System code. The Features System code can be found in the ‘Activate New Features’ menu.
When Customer Services receive the License key and the Features System code, the Activation code will 

be provided. 
Enter both the License key and the Activation code into the ‘Activate New Feature’ menu and select 

‘Save’. The Feature will be enabled.
