Basic Maintenance
To preserve the reliability and performance of your system, it is important to care for it properly,
which may include occasionally performing basic repairs and replacements. Component
replacements are preferably done indoors.
Due to warranty issues, replacement and repair inside the Q-Series must be performed by
DataPath. Please contact Datapath technical support for help.

Vacuum cleaner with soft brush
Small brush for connectors and caps
Lint-free cloth
Torx wrench T-10, T-20
Desiccator tool
Materials
Vaseline spray (Taerosol “PR Bajol” or similar)
Assure that equipment is disconnected from power sources before performing
maintenance.
Be aware of potential crush or squeezing points to avoid injury.
Always use two individuals to lift and properly maneuver the unit to prevent injury to
personnel or damage to equipment.
Surfaces of equipment components, particularly the HPA/SSPA will be hot
immediately after system operation. Wait until the equipment has properly cooled
before performing maintenance tasks.
