Operating the Q-Series
To operate the Q-Series, proceed as follows:
1. Fold out the tripod legs and place the tripod roughly facing the satellite you will be transmitting
on. Use the leveling bubble to make sure the Q-series is placed level to the ground. It does not
have to be perfectly level. If the Q-series is not level it might be harder to find satellites since
every movement in azimuth will affect the movement in elevation as well and vice versa.Tighten
the leg lock.
2. Place the reflector on the tripod. Hold the antenna by the handle and guide it by pushing with
your other hand against the back of the electronic box.
3. Connect the Q-Series to the power source.
