Printer and Laminator Settings
Closing the Status Monitor
To
close
the
Status
Monitor:
1.
Click
the
red
Close
button.
2.
A
prompt
displays,
asking
if
you
want
to
close
the
Status
Monitor.
Click
Yes
.
Tips
for
Success
When
you
close
the
Status
Monitor,
communication
between
the
printer
and
driver
becomes
one
way,
with
the
printer
driver
sending
cards
to
the
printer.
To
keep
the
Status
Monitor
running
without
viewing
it,
click
Minimize
.
Printer Status Tab
The
Printer
Status
tab
displays:
The
type
of
ink
ribbon
and
the
approximate
percentage
remaining.
The
type
of
retransfer
film
and
the
approximate
percentage
remaining.
The
counter
and
a
Clear
button
to
reset
it
to
zero.
The
printer
name.
If
more
than
one
printer
is
installed,
select
the
printer
to
work
with
using
the
Printer
Selection
list.
Click
Update
to
search
for
additional
SR200
&
SR300
printers.
The
information
displayed
on
the
Status
Monitor
changes
automatically
when
you
select
another
printer:
If
the
PC
is
network
‐
connected,
only
printers
on
the
same
subnet
as
the
PC
can
be
found.
If
the
PC
is
USB
‐
connected,
all
printers
connected
to
the
PC
will
be
found.
Card
Quantity:
Enough
is
displayed
when
cards
are
present
in
the
hopper.
None
displays
when
no
cards
are
present.
If
the
printer
is
processing
a
job,
the
name
of
the
document
and
the
name
of
the
user
displays
in
the
Document
Information
area.
When
the
printer
requires
cleaning,
the
printer
image
displays
Cleaning
:
If
a
laminator
is
attached,
laminator
status
displays
under
the
printer
status
(marked
by
the
rectangle).
The
current
state
of
the
printer,
such
as
Ready
.
The
icon
changes
color
with
different
states.
