HOW TO CHECK AND RESTORE THE PRESSURE IN THE SERVICE
SYSTEM (MAST)
To check correct pressure, once the manometer has been positioned in
measuring point
“P3”, bring the mast that uses the machine lift cylinder
to the end of its stroke. Rev up the engine to the set number of
revolutions (3600 rpm) and read the pressure indicated on the
manometer. If it does not match the setpoint, operate the max pressure
valve
“V3” set on the distributor, turning it until the pressure indicated in
the table has been reached.
WARNING!!
Carefully follow the indications supplied, remembering that
the checks and pressure controls must be performed with the hydraulic
oil at operating temperature (approximately 50-60º C).
WARNING!!
When connecting and disconnecting the points for
inserting the manometer, check for oil leaks. It is advisable to perform
the above operation over an impermeable or plastic sheet.
WARNING!!
The oil must be disposed of through an authorised
company.

FEATURES AND USE OF HYDRAULIC POWER TAKE OFF
FIGURE 5.9
– HYDRAULIC POWER TAKE OFF
FEATURES:
The machine can be equipped with a hydraulic power
take off "F' (optional) for the use of accessories or hydraulic equipment
having the following main characteristics:
MAX. FLOW RATE ...... 45 It/min. Max PRESSURE ...... 130 bar
The Hydraulic Power Take Off is positioned on the right of the drivers
position and is controlled by switch
“S” located at the extreme left hand
side of the dashboard.
The flow and pressure coming out from the power take off are directly
proportional to the rpm of the diesel engine. Therefore the delivery
could change from a minimum of 0 lt/min to a maximum of 45 lt/min.
