Detection
High pressure control (operation halt, frequency drop, etc.) is activated in cooling operation if the
temperature sensed by the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor exceeds the limit.
Malfunction
Decision
Conditions
The temperature sensed by the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor rises above about
65
°C
(149°F).
The error is cleared when the temperature drops below about
50
°C (122°F).

The installation space is not large enough.
Dirty outdoor heat exchanger
Defective outdoor fan motor
Defective stop valve
Defective outdoor electronic expansion valve or coil
Defective outdoor heat exchanger thermistor
