Emissions measurement
The control measurement can be made by an easily selectable auto-
matic function (see also enclosed "Control system instructions").

Press the Exit button for at least 5 secs.

The "Special Level" menu is displayed.

Use the rotary button to select the "Emissions measurement"
program.

Confirm the changes with a brief push of the rotary switch.

The following load types are available for selection:
–
Off: The emission measurement is switched off, any heat
generators switched on by the GCU compact control func-
tions continue to be regulated normally.
–
Base load: The heat generator is switched on and operated
at the minimum output of the heat generator, irrespective of
the set operating mode.
–
Full load: The heat generator is switched on and operated at
the maximum output of the heat generator, irrespective of
the set operating mode.

Use the rotary button to select the "Full Load" load type,
but do
not confirm

Display: "Full Load"

The burner is turned on for 30 min. and is regulated at max-
imum load.

Use the rotary button to select the "Base Load" load type,
but
do not confirm
.

The modulating oil burner runs at minimum output for
30 mins.

Cancel and jump back by:
–
pushing the exit button or rotary switch again
–
Selection of a different menu using the rotary switch and
confirmation.
