(
, item 3.3)
half a turn anticlockwise
.
2
Vent
the
gas line
in a professional manner.
3
Connect the pressure gauge measuring hose to the inlet gas
pressure measuring connection (
4
Check the inlet gas pressure.
è
If the gas inlet pressure lies outside the permitted range
(
), inform the responsible gas supply company. For li-
quid gas: Check the pressure reducer and set the burner to the
permissible gas inlet pressure (see
must be appropriately labelled with a suitable burner settings
sticker and an entry on the settings type plate (

Filling the system
Only fill the GCU compact after completion of all installation work in
the order shown below.
4.9.1
Checking the water quality and adjusting
the pressure gauge
1
Comply with the instructions for the water connection (see
2
Adjust the mechanical manometer (install on the building side in
accordance with
or temporarily installed with filling
hose).
3
Rotate the pressure gauge glass so that the minimum pressure
mark equates to the
system 2 m
(1 m water column
corresponds to 0.1 bar).
4.9.2
Filling the hot water heat exchanger
1
Open the shut-off valve for the cold water supply pipe.
2
Open the hot water tap connections so that the draw-off volume
can be set as high as possible.
3
Once water has been discharged from the tap connections do
not interrupt the cold water flow; this will ensure that the heat ex-
changer will be fully vented and that any impurities or residue
will be discharged.
4.9.3
Filling the condensate siphon
1
Open the inspection piece of the flue gas system.
2
Fill approx. one litre of water into the flue gas pipe.
3
Observe whether water flows out of the condensate drain
without any problem.
4
Close the inspection piece of the flue gas system again.
