11) Q: Cannot control PTZ from NVR
A:
There are the following possibilities:
a) PTZ error.
b) PTZ decoder setting, connection, or installation is not correct.
c) Device serial port setting is not correct. Set it to be network keyboard.
d) Cable connection is not correct.
e) PTZ setting is not correct.
f)
PTZ decoder and Device protocol is not compatible.
g) PTZ decoder and Device address is not compatible.
h) When there are several decoders, please add 120 Ohm between the PTZ decoder
A/B cables furthest end to eliminate the reverberation so as to match with resistance;
otherwise the PTZ control is not stable.
i)
The distance is too far.
12) Q: Cannot login Client or web.
A:
There are the following possibilities:
a) ActiveX plugin is blocked.
b) Dx8.1 or above is not installed.
c) Network connection error.
d) Network setting error.
e) User name and password are not correct.
f)
Client version is not compatible with NVR program.
13) Q: There is mosaic or no image when previewing or playing back video file on the
web.

There are the following possibilities:
a) Network fluency is not good.
b) PC resources are limited.
c) Area covering or channel protection are configured.
d) Current user is not authorized with monitoring.
e) Real-time video output quality is not good.
14) Q: Network connection is not stable.
A:
There are the following possibilities:
a) Network is not stable.
b) IP address conflicts.
c) MAC addresses conflict.
d) Ethernet card error.
15) Q: USB backup error.
A:
There are the following possibilities:
