If your questions cannot be answer by the following contents, please contact your local service
engineer or the service of our Headquarters for help. We can guide you to solve this problem.
1) Q: DVR cannot boot up properly.
A:
There are the following possibilities:
a) The electronic lock is unlocked.
b) The input power is not correct; the input voltage is too low or too high.
c) Poor contact in the input power cable or the incorrect wiring.
d) Program upgrading error.
e) HDD is damaged or poor contact between the HDD box and HDD.

Main board is damaged.
2) Q: DVR automatically reboots or frequently crashes.
A:
There are the following possibilities:
a) No HDD is installed.
b) Input voltage is not stable or too low.
c) The Device is not properly installed, which result in poor contact between
components.
d) Poor heat dissipation and too many dusts result in poor working environment for the
Device.
e) Hardware malfunction.
3) Q: HDD cannot be detected after rebooting.
A:
There are the following possibilities:
a) No HDD is installed.
b) Poor HDD box contact.
c) HDD is damaged.
4) Q: No video output from single-channel, multiple-channel or all-channel.
A:
There are the following possibilities:
a) Program is not compatible. Please upgrade to the correct version.
b) Brightness value of all channels is 0. Please restore to default setting.
c) No video input signal or the signal is too weak.
d) Mobile monitor is damaged.
e) Channel protection or screen protection is configured.
f)
Hardware malfunction.
5) Q: Real-time video image is abnormal, such as color and brightness is distorted.
