RADIATOR HOSE
LOWER BOLT
ENGINE REMOVAL
U-NUT
●
Remove the RH./LH. radiator hose, remove the
RH./LH. radiator hose from the frame setting clamp.
●
Loosen the U-nut securing the engine hanger.
●
Loosen the rear cushion lower bolt.
●
Remove the engine. (with the rear swing arm and rear
wheel attached)

Remove the rear swing arm. (

Remove the rear wheel.

Remove the rear wheel mud guard.

ENGINE INSTALLATION
●
Install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE
•
Take precautions not to damage wiring and cable.
•
Take precautions not to damage the threaded part of
bolts.
•
Arrange the cable, tubes and wiring in the right
positions.

ENGINE HANGER BOLT (FRONT) : 4.5

Check the following after the engine is installed.
-Engine oil
-Electric systems.
-Adjust of the parking brake free play.
-Inspection of the throttle cable operation.
