fields.
− The system typically displays
this Message when the
mandatory fields on the screen
in question are not filled out.
− All required fields must be filled
in.
− There was an error accessing
the database. If the problem
persists contact the System
Administrator.
− The system typically displays
this Message when there is no
connection to the database.
− Reestablish communication with
the database.
− User not found with the reported
criteria.
− The system typically displays
this Message when trying to
search for a user who is not
registered in the database.
− Check the completion of the
search filters and / or users
registered in the system. In
case Message is repeated,
register the user in the system.
− An error occurred while
accessing the photo, or a
corrupted image. If the problem
persists, contact the System
Administrator. − The system usually displays this
Message when the system tries
to access a corrupted image.
− Have at least one image that is
not corrupted.
− All data entered will be lost. Do
you wish to continue?
− The system usually displays this
Message when the operator
accesses another menu or
wishes to exit the application
before finalizing the registration
or editing of the user.
− Save the user data record or
edit.
− Communication error with the
camera.

requests to use the webcam,
but the webcam is unexpectedly
disconnected from the
computer.
− Do not disconnect the webcam
from the computer until you
have completed the function of

requests to delete a user who

− Do not exclude user who has
already taken any action
(inclusion / change / deletion) on
