− There was an error accessing
the database. If the problem
persists contact the System
Administrator.
− The system typically displays
this Message when there is no
connection to the database
− Reestablish communication with
the database.
− All data entered will be lost. Do
you wish to continue?
− The system usually displays this
Message when the operator
accesses another menu or
wishes to exit the application
while a feature is running on the
Diagnosis screen.
− Stay on the diagnostic screen
until the desired functionality is
complete.

− There are unfilled mandatory
fields.
− The system typically displays
this Message when the required
fields are not filled and they are
prompted to export
− Fill in mandatory fields before
confirming the export.
− There was an error accessing
the image. Media cannot be
recorded. If the problem persists

tries to access a DICOM image
that is in error.
− Have DICOM images that are
not in error.
− An error occurred during the
media recording process. It may
not work properly.
− The system typically displays
this Message when an error
occurs during media recording
process, that is, interrupt the
recording process at the time of
its execution.

execution.
