Message Error or warning grounds Solution
− Image does not belong to this
position. Select another image.
− The system usually displays this
Message when the operator
attempts to exchange an image
that no longer belongs to the
requested position.
− Cancel the image exchange
and execute the entire
procedure again.
Import Image
Message Error or warning grounds Solution
− There was an error accessing
the file. If the problem persists,
contact your System
Administrator.
− The system typically displays
this Message when the
imported image contains an
error.
− Import image without error.
− There was an error accessing
the database. If the problem
persists contact the System
Administrator.
− The system typically displays
this Message when there is no
connection to the database
− Reestablish communication with
the database.
− There is an error in the medical
image type. If the problem
persists, contact the System
Administrator.
− The system usually displays this
Message when it detects an
error in the image format
contained in the DICOM file.
− Select a DICOM file that has no
error in the image format.
− Select a Patient to associate
with x-rays.
− The system usually displays this
Message when no Patient is
selected in the Patient search.
− Select at least one Patient in
Patient Search.
− The image cannot exceed
10MB. − The system usually requires this
Message when the operator
tries to import a Dicom image
that is larger than 10MB in size.
− Select an image with size less
than 10MB.
− The image cannot exceed 2MB. − The system usually displays this
Message when the operator
tries to import a JPEG / PNG
image with a size greater than
2MB.
− Select an image with size less
than 2MB.
− The number of images should
not be larger than 40.
− The system usually displays this
Message when the operator
tries to import more than 40
images.
− Select less than 40 images for
import.
