− The date of birth must be less
than the current date.
− The system usually displays this

in the Birth Date field with a date
greater than the current date.
− Fill in the Date of Birth field with
a date less than the current
date.
− Date of Birth exceeds time limit.
Check filled data.
− The system usually displays this
Message when the operator fills
in the Birth Date field with a date
less than 01/01/1900.
− Fill in the Date of Birth field with
a date equal to or greater than
the date 01/01/1900.
− The photo cannot exceed the
size of 500Kb.
− The system usually displays this
Message when the operator
requests to load a photo that
exceeds the size of 500Kb.
− Operator to upload a photo with
size smaller than 500Kb.
− Associated dentist does not
have adequate profile. Choose
a new dentist.
− The system usually displays this
Message when the operator
selects a dentist that for some
reason has ceased to have the
dentist profile and became
administrator or technician
during the registration of the
Patient.
− Select a dentist with dentist
profile.

− All required fields must be filled
in.
− There was an error accessing
the database. If the problem
persists contact the System
Administrator.

connection with the database.
− Reestablish communication with
the database.
− All data entered will be lost. Do
you wish to continue?
− The system typically displays
this Message when the operator
accesses another menu or
wishes to exit the application
while performing a feature on
the agreement signup screen.
− Remain on the Patient screen
until the desired functionality is
completed.
