CPU Interface Filtering Table
This window displays the CPU Access Profile Table entries created on the Switch.
To view this window, click
ACL
>
CPU Interface Filtering
> CPU Interface Filtering Table
, as shown below.

To add an entry to this window, click the
Add Profile
button. This will open the
CPU Interface Filtering Configuration
window, as shown below. To remove all CPU Interface Filtering Table entries, click the
Clear All
button. There are four
Access
Profile Configuration
windows; one for Ethernet (or MAC address-based) profile configuration, one for IP address-based profile
configuration, one for the Packet Content Mask and one for IPv6. You can switch between the four
Access Profile Configuration
windows by using the Type drop-down menu. The window shown below is the
Ethernet CPU Interface Filtering
Configuration
window.

Parameter Description
Profile ID (1-5)
Type in a unique identifier number for this profile set. This value can be set from 1 to 5.
Type
Select profile based on Ethernet (MAC Address), IP address, IPv6 address or packet content
mask. This will change the menu according to the requirements for the type of profile.
Select
Ethernet
to instruct the Switch to examine the layer 2 part of each packet header.
Select
IP
to instruct the Switch to examine the IP address in each frame's header.
Select
Packet Content Mask
to specify a mask to hide the content of the packet header.
Select
IPv6
to instruct the Switch to examine the IPv6 address in each frame’s header.
