Troubleshooting

Description
Response
Another protocol has this name–
will be replaced
The currently displayed protocol
name (in the Keyboard Screen)
conflicts with an existing protocol.
If saved, the existing protocol
with that name will be replaced.
If you do not wish any protocol to
be overwritten, modify the name
so that it is unique.
Bad protocol: xxxxxx
The given protocol is corrupt and
cannot be used.
The Angel
®
cPRP System will
automatically select the default
protocol for use. If a different
protocol is desired, select it from
the Protocol pull-down button.
The bad protocol will have to be
recreated before it can be used.
Copy failed!
An attempt to copy a protocol
has failed.
Try copying the protocol again.
Corrected invalid protocol:
xxxxxx
The given protocol was detected
to be invalid.
No response is needed, the
Angel
®
cPRP System was able
to automatically correct the
protocol.
Delete failed!
An attempt to delete a protocol
has failed.
Try deleting the protocol again.
Download failed!
The download of a software
update has failed.
Try downloading the software
again. If the failure persists,
use a different download source
or contact the Cytomedix,
Inc. Customer Service
Response Center.
Hardware does not support this
version of software!
The operator has tried to install
a software version which is
not supported by the current
hardware.
Select a previous version of
software which is compatible
with the current hardware for
installation.
Hardware malfunction!
A hardware malfunction has
occurred.
Cycle the machine power off
and then on. If the problem
persists, contact the Cytomedix
Inc, Customer Service Response
Center.
Installation failed!
Installation failed while
downloading new software.
See “Troubleshooting the Software
Update Process” on page 5-8 for
troubleshooting steps.
Insufficient memory to load this
version of software!
The operator has tried to install
a software version which is
not supported by the current
hardware.
Select a previous version of
software which is compatible
with the current hardware for
installation.
No destination found!
The Angel
®
cPRP System is not
connected to a valid destination or
the destination cannot be reached.
If you wish to output a log file to
an external destination, refer to
the section “Troubleshooting the
Save Process” on page 5-8 for
troubleshooting steps.
