Setting the parameters of PWM output 1 "Real Speed": The parameters can be set for the signal frequency
of this output (must be identical to the one for PWM output 2).
If cyclical ratio = 0%
→ Real speed = 0 rpm.
If cyclical ratio = 100%
→ Real speed = maximum speed setpoint defined in In6.
