Adding and Editing Contacts
A contact is the e-mail recipient that receives notifications based on the
attributes assigned to a room. These can include (but are not limited to) errors,
help information, and low display lamp life notifications for one or more rooms.
1. Click
Contacts
on the
Edit
menu, or press <
Ctrl+T
>, or click the Edit
Contacts icon
.
2. Click
New Contact
to create a new contact or select an existing contact
and click
Edit
.
3. In
the
Name & Address
tab enter the contact's name and address.
The contact's full name is the only required field.
