Use the Crestron programming tools Crestron SystemBuilder™ and Crestron
Digital Media Tools™ to create a control program for the QM-RMCRX control
system.
The higher level of SIMPL Windows flexibility requires a much greater degree
of programming expertise and is not recommended for this application.
However, complete SIMPL Windows information is included in the Appendix
of this Operation Guide. Use the advanced techniques available in SIMPL
Windows to customize the job only if necessary.
Earliest Version Software Requirements for the
PC
NOTE:
Crestron recommends that you use the latest software to take advantage
of the most recently released features. The latest software is available from the
Downloads | Software Updates section of the Crestron website
(www.crestron.com).
Following are the minimum software requirements for the PC:

SIMPL Windows version 2.05.17. (Also requires SIMPL+ Cross
Compiler version 1.1 or later).
•
Crestron Digital Media Tools™ version 2.0 or later for simplified audio
control.
•
Crestron Database version 16.0.5 or later for use with SIMPL
Windows.
•
(Optional, but highly recommended) Crestron SystemBuilder™ version
1.0 software or later for automatic residential and commercial
programming of the QM-RMCRX as a control system. As of press
time, this version of Crestron SystemBuilder had not been released.

Pro-e (VT Pro-e) software version 3.2.0.0 or later for designing
