Once the cable connections are made, open the Crestron Viewport and click
Setup | Communication Settings
on the menu to display the “Port Settings”
window. Then click
TCP/IP
as the connection type. Enter the IP address of the
QM-RMCRX.

To verify communication, click
Diagnostics | Establish Communications
(Find Rack).
This should display a window that gives the IP address and port
number.
NOTE:
To define the setup of DHCP-based Ethernet communication, refer to
the Crestron e-Control Reference Guide (Doc. 6052).
NOTE:
When using Viewport/Test Manager via the Ethernet, the default
Crestron Terminal Port (CTP) is 41795.
NOTE:
Default Ethernet Ports:
80 = Web
41794 = Crestron Com
41795 = Viewport/Debug
