3. UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY
3.1. Unpacking the printer
1.
Do not put unnecessary force on the device when unpacking, setting up, operating or maintaining the device.
2.
Please check the packaging for any damage. If you detect any damage, please contact the reseller.

Place the Craftbot box on level ground. Make sure that there is enough space around you.
4.
Open the box with care, being careful not to damage the contents. Cut the straps with scissors or a small blade.
Be careful and pay attention to avoid injuries.
5.
Remove the straps and lift up the top box. If the straps are missing from the packaging, contact your reseller.
6.
Remove the protective foam insert. You will find the Quick Start Guide located inside the top protective foam
insert.
7.
There is a box inserted which contains the accessories (including a flash drive with a copy of

the Craftbot user manual). Remove the box with care.
9.
Now you will find the Craftbot 3D printer itself completely enclosed in a protective plastic bag.
10.
Open the plastic covering.
11.
There are two handle holes for picking up the unit. Ask for help in lifting the printer. Firmly grasp the frame of the
Craftbot, taking into consideration its weight.
12.
Make sure you do not touch the extruder or the electronic panel inside the appliance.
13.
Place the Craftbot 3D printer on a stable and level surface with sufficient space around it.
