2.1. Intended Use
The CraftBot printer makes three-dimensional objects from molten filament in only one printing step. First you need
to create the objects using a CAD program and save them as *.stl, *.obj or *.3mf files. Then you need to use the Craft-
ware or Craftware Pro sliceware to convert your CAD files into print objects for the printer. Transfer your file to your
CraftBot printer via a USB stick or WiFi.
2.2. Improper Use
Only accessories or spare parts supplied or approved by CraftUnique may be used on this product. The use of other
accessories or spare parts can impair the safety of the device and increase the risk of serious injury, damage to the
environment, or damage to the product. In particular, the use of filaments not supplied by CraftUnique is prohibited.
2.3. Ambient conditions for safe operation
The device may only be operated:
• indoors,
• at an altitude no more than 2,000 m (6,500 ft) above sea level,
• at an ambient temperature of 5 - 40 ºC [41 - 104 ºF] *,
• at a maximum relative humidity of 80% at 31 ºC [87.8 ºF], decreasing linearly to 50% relative humidity at 40 ºC [104 ºF] *,
• with incoming voltage fluctuations not greater than 10% of the nominal value,
• with pollution degree 2,
• with overvoltage category II.
* The device can be used from 5 - 30 ºC [41 - 86 ºF] at a humidity of up to 80%. At temperatures of 31 - 40 ºC [87.8 - 104
ºF] the humidity must decrease proportionally to ensure operational readiness (e.g. at 35 ºC [95 ºF] = 65% humidity, at
40 ºC [104 ºF] = 50% Humidity). The device must not be operated at temperatures above 40 ºC [104 ºF].
2.4. Ambient conditions for storage and transport
The following environmental conditions must be observed during storage and transport:
• Ambient temperature - 20 to + 60 ºC [- 4 to + 140 ºF],
• maximum relative humidity 80%
