Page selectors
At the center of the title bar are the main page selectors. Here you can quickly switch between different workspace
types.
•
CAD
for previewing, analyzing and modifying the objects in the project.
•
MANUFACTURING
for setting up the printing hardware, placing your object on the build plate(s) and adjusting
the slicer settings.
•
GCODE
for analyzing the slicer results, and to save or transfer it directly to a printer.
Login menu
The next item is the menu button for signing in to your
CraftBot account.
If you have a Premium or Enterprise license, it will be
activated after login.
Program version name
The last item is the software name with a version number and a release identification text. This item is useful for
identifying the exact software version, for example when reporting a bug, or trying to find information about a feature
which might behave differently in different versions.
System buttons
These buttons are the system window handling buttons you are probably familiar with. Note that on some operating
systems these will look different and their placement may differ too.
Working with Projects
In the previous chapter the buttons for creating, saving and loading projects were discussed. Here you will get a
general glimpse of how Projects in Craftware Pro are handled.
Your Craftware Pro Project
When you first open the program, you will see an empty
Project named “Default Project“. If at any time you would
like to go back to this point, just click on the New Project
button. Please note that the software will ask if you would
like to save your current Project, as it will be discarded.
You can rename your Project on the Title bar at any time.
This will be used as the default filename if you would like
to save your project.
Note that the Project name will automatically change
from the default when you import something into your
project.
