POWER SUPPLY

9.13.0 

Connect the grey colored, two pin connector on the outboard end of the ECU Power harness  

   

(036484). Ensure the latch of the connector is engaged. (refer to figure 9.13).

9.14.0

  Put the cables through the rigging grommet to transom area.

9.15.0    

Connect the negative directly to the outboard battery. Connect the positive to the breaker for  

   

the outboard battery

9.16.0 

If the ECU Power harness (036484) requires to be extended to connect directly to the battery,  

   

use minimum of 6mm² (10AWG) wire (not supplied) to extend the harness.

9.17.0 

Make sure that the positive wire of any additional harness that is required to extend the    

   

battery incorporates a 25A fuse or 25A breaker at the breaker end of the harness (look    

   

at figure 9.17).
