MOUNTING THE OUTBOARD ONTO THE TRANSOM
4.7.1
Make sure the positioning of the anti-ventilation plate is in line with the bottom
of the hull directly in front of it.
4.7.2
Make sure that the anti-ventilation plate and the water line is at the correct height. Cox
offer 3 outboard leg lengths (25”, 30” and 35”) to make sure that the outboard operates
correctly with the vessel.
4.7.3
Make sure that you use the dimensions in Figure 4.8 to select the correct outboard leg length
for the vessel.
