8.3 Parameters Ceck/Setting
Starting from STAND BY MODE or RUN MODE it is possible to navigate
through the menu to view the control parameters of the unit.
Press ▲ or ▼ button to navigate and check the parameters, on the
left side on the LCD screen wil be shown the parameter name/number
and on the right side the related value. The parameters will follow the
order shown in the following diagram. Press [ON/OFF] button to exit the
checking. If no action to the buttons for 5 seconds, the controller will exit
the parameter checking and save the setting automatically.
Only if the unit is in STAND BY MODE is possible to adjust the control set
parameters as following:
Press ▲ or ▼ button to navigate and check the parameters, when the
parameter to be changed is shown on the LCD screen press the [ON/
OFF] key and the [ELEC. HEATING] key at the same time to access the
parameters setting; value of parameter will flash, use the ▲ or ▼ button
to set the desired value. Press the [ON/OFF] key to confirm the value
and quit.
The parameters can be modified from the keyboard without entering a
password.
In BOLLYTERM
®
HP 2 models equipped with a coil for use with solar
systems, set the desired temperatures [Parameter 0 and parameter 2] in
such a way to favour and optimise water heating with use of solar energy.
For this purpose, regulate temperatures [Parameter 0 and parameter 2]
to the minimum temperature required by the user (for example 42°C). In
this way, the Heat Pump will heat the upper part of the tank only up to
this temperature, allowing the solar system to heat the water up to higher
temperatures (thus saving energy).
Attention such a setting can lead to, with a lack of sufficient sunlight,
limited water heating to the set temperature and therefore a lower
availability of hot sanitary water
