Again, the calibration is monitored. If a fault is detected,
an error message is displayed and you will be asked to
repeat the calibration.
Repeat the calibration with the
BAM-
and
Work-
ing-Standard
every 3 to 6 months according to
use.
For the normal day to day calibration use only the
Working-Standard
.
The calibration is performed in the
same way as described above.
Please follow the displayed instruc-
tions.
5.2 Standard measurement
With the measurement of standards reference colours are
created. These can be stored on the device or PC. When
you turn on the sph860/sph900 the last selected standard
will be automatically load.
Open the
“Measure”
window from
the top menu level.
Select
“Scan standard”
using the
keys.
The measurement is triggered by
pressing the
“ENTER”
key and
following instructions or by press-
ing the probe head downwards
[see
chapter 4.9 Probe head han-
dling]
.
The measured standard is display
in the selected colour scale.
