Starting a cold engine

Freezing control cables in cold weather.

You could be unable to control the ATV, which
could lead to an accident or collision.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
When riding in cold weather, always make
sure all control cables work smoothly before
you begin riding.
Starting Procedure:
1. Apply the foot brake pedal.
2. Turn the fuel petcock to

position.
4. Apply the left brake lever and the ‘P’ will
light on the display.
