GENERAL INSTALLATION WARNINGS AND MAINTENANCE PLAN
10. Electrical terminal block and control boards
Remove any dust that has formed using a vacuum
cleaner and a soft brush. Check tightness of the con-
nection screws on the power and connection cables.
11. Temporary storage instructions:
When the units are stored for a temporary period, the
following requirements must be complied with:

Store the appliance in its original packaging
•
The place of storage must be suitable, protected
against the weather, dry and free of dust
•
Relative humidity must not exceed 85%, without con-
densation
•
Temperature in the range between -15 and +50°C
12. Maintenance plan
After each maintenance operation, make sure that all of the parts have been replaced in the correct sequence, using
all pof the previously-removed screws.

Clean the outside of the cover cabinet and the air supply grills.

not blocked

Clean the fan
Remove any dust from the motor and from the impellers

Check the motor
Check that the motor rotates freely and there are no mechanical
noises due to friction in the bushes or bearings

Check the capacitor
Make sure that the capacitance is not less than 80% of the nom-
inal value

Heat exchange coil
Remove any dust or objects that have settled on the exchanger

Terminal block and
control units
Remove any dust that has formed on the control terminal block
or on the electrical parts

Screw tightness
Check tightness of the screws on all of the electrical connections Every year
