Configuring Cisco CallManager
To use the corporate directory, you must have users entered into a Lightweight
Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory configured with Cisco CallManager.
Follow this procedure to configure the directory.
Step 1
Open Cisco CallManager
Step 2
Select User > Global Directory.
Search for users in the system.
Step 3
To add a new user, click Add a New User.
Add any desired users.
Refer to the online help in the Cisco CallManager Administration application for
details, or refer to the Cisco CallManager Administration Guide and the
Cisco CallManager System Guide.
Using the Corporate Directory
After the corporate directory is configured in Cisco CallManager, you can use this
feature on the IP Conference Station.
Searching for Corporate Users
You can search the corporate directory on the IP Conference Station by name and
by phone number.
