How to replace the CMOS battery:

This section contains information on how to replace the CMOS battery in the system.

Step 1:

Power system off.

Step 2:

Unplugged power cable from system.

Step 3:

Take off the chassis top cover and then locate the CMOS battery on the motherboard.

Step 4:

Press the lock on the left side in order to CMOS battery to come up. Gently pull off the battery from the motherboard and Wait for 5-10 seconds.
