Cooler block of water-cooled compressors
Keep the cooler block clean to maintain the cooling efficiency.
On air-cooled compressors proceed as follows:

Unscrew bolts (1) and rotate the fan away from the cooler block.

Remove any dirt from the coolers with a fibre brush, brush in the direction of the fins. Also
remove any dirt from the fans.

Clean the coolers with an air jet in the reverse direction to normal flow. Use low pressure
air; if necessary, the pressure may be increased up to 6 bar(e) (87 psig).

If it is necessary to clean the coolers with a cleaning agent, consult your Customer Centre.

Reposition and fix the fan. Make sure that the fan rotates freely.
On water-cooled compressors, consult your Customer Centre if it is necessary to clean the coolers.

Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage. The operator must apply all relevant
