To lengthen/loosen the cylinder retaining strap,
pull the slide up in order to move the strap
through.

Unscrew the high pressure reducer, by rotating
the green cylinder handwheel.
If difficulty is encountered while unscrewing the cylinder, check that all the air
has been released, then place a hand under the top of the cylinder to level the
cylinder with the high pressure valve.

Slide the cylinder out from under the retaining
strap.

Prepare the cylinder.
3.1
Obtain a new cylinder.
3.2
Remove the blue plastic plug by hand.
Do not use high pressure to blow the plug out.
