After checking and adjusting the inlet pressure, remove the U-shaped manometer, tighten the sealing
screw “A” and make sure it is fully tightened.
Instructions for component replacement
This operation must only be carried out by an authorized installer or by the
staff of the constructor house.
Remove the controls and the control panel to access the
components or turn the machine over and remove the protective cover.
Gas valve
- Unscrew the inlet pipe "H" and the outlet pipe "G" from the gas to the valve.
- Unscrew the fixing screws
- Unscrew the pilot and thermocouple pipes “E”, “F”.
- Replace the valve and screw the components back on.
Main burners
- Unscrew the gas connection “G” from the nozzle holder.
- Loosen the screws which secure the burner to its support.
- Replace the burner and reassemble the components.
Safety thermostat
- Remove the sensor bulb from the bulb holder and unsolder the electrical connection
of the pilot.
- Reassemble the new thermostat and solder the electrical connection of the pilot.
Pilot burner group, thermocouple, ignition electrode
- To replace the electrode "L" loosen the fixing nut "D1" and remove the
component.
- To replace the thermocouple “N”, loosen the fixing nut “D2” and
remove the component.
- To replace the pilot burner, loosen the gas pipe “E”, remove
the electrode and the thermocouple, remove the screws “M1”, replace the component and
reassemble everything.
