It is impossible to have data on oil from various seeds, but we will probably have equal characteristics
or lower than those of the above oils.
IMPORTANT:
It is advisable to inquire, at the time of purchase, about the thermal characteristics of the oil in
question; there are very few oils that can withstand the cooking temperatures of fried foods.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
6.1 Maintenance and cleaning
Stainless steel parts should be cleaned daily with warm soapy water; then rinse thoroughly.
Never use direct high pressure water jets as this could create infiltration into the components.
Never clean stainless steel with rags, metal pads or common steel brushes which could deposit iron
particles and cause oxidation points.
If you do not use the fryer for a while, run a rag soaked in petroleum jelly over the entire steel surface to
create a protective veil.
NOTE
Waste from used devices: any used device must, when disposing of it, comply with the regulations in force
in its country *. It is essential to make the device unusable before disposal by removing the power supply
cable.
