Instructions for changing gas type
In all cases, operations to change the type of gas and to adapt the fryer to another type of gas must be
carried out by a qualified installer or by the personnel of the manufacturer or by the distribution company of
the gas.
To change the type of gas or to repair the fryer, original parts from the manufacturer must always be used.
Replacing the main burner nozzle
- Remove the upper removable protection.
- Completely unscrew nozzle “B” and replace it with a suitable nozzle.
11. Replacing the pilot burner nozzle
- Unscrew the plug “T”, extract the nozzle “S” replace the nozzle with a suitable nozzle,
as indicated.
- Refit the plug “T” and check the tightness using soapy water or a product
special foamer.
When the conversion is complete, IT IS MANDATORY to apply the plate indicating the
gas change in the location reserved for the nameplate. This little plate
is supplied with replacement nozzles.
