Preliminary checks
Check before start up:
The hydronic system connections are appropriately
tightened.
There are no leaks.
The system is completely purged of air.
Warning:
Inappropriate air purging can cause damage to the
pumps and Electric Heaters.
The pumps are empty of air and purged before powering
up.
The circuit valves are open and the pumps are set to the
speed determined in the study to provide the necessary

The water circuit pressure is about 100 kPa (1 bar)-
maximum should not exceed 300 kPa.

Electrical connections are appropriately tightened.
Inappropriate tightening can cause running problems
and overheating which may result in serious damage.
All the electrical devices are properly earthed.
No tools or other objects are left inside the unit.
The unit is stable.
Start up
