NOTICE!
For adjustments and simple installation work, use the accompanying hexagonal wrench located in the bottom
section of the print unit.
No other tools are required for the work described here.
Load Label Roll in Tear-off Mode
NOTICE!
When printing small label material the right plunger is to be positioned above the outer label edge.
•
Loosen the knurled screw (1), turn the guiding (2) upwards and move it to the outside as far as possible.
•
Place the label roll on the roll holder so that the side to be rinted is visible from above.
•
Unwind a longer label strip:
For tear-off and cutter mode: approx. 40 cm
•
Move the label roll as far as it will go to the housing wall.
•
Turn the guiding (2) upwards to the roll holder (3) and push it towards the label roll to decelerate it when unwinding.
•
Tighten the knurled screw (1).
Load Label Material into Print Unit
•
Turn the lever (5) counter clockwise to lift up the printhead.
•
Push the label guiding on the deviating shaft (4) all the way out.
•
Guide the label material below the deviating shaft (4) and the label photocell so it leaves the print unit between printhead
and print roller.
•
Push the label guiding on the deviating shaft (4) against the outer edge of the label material.
