Carry out steps EXACTLY :
1. Turn power off to the
dialler
2. Remove the cable from
'line'
at rear of dialler
3. Undo underneath cover
plate and remove battery
4. Wait for 10 seconds
5. Turn mains power on
ONLY
6. Reprogram with phone
7. Reconnect 'line' and refit
battery
