2.3 Assembly
Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly
in the order given.

CAUTION
Before unpacking the RX40, make sure you have a 2m x 2.5m working area.

NOTICE
First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using
the tool only when you are instructed to do so.
Step 1: Unpacking
Open the box as shown in the figure
below.

NOTICE
In order to protect the R40 rowing
machine from damage as long as
possible, you should only remove
the protective packaging when it
is necessary.
Step 2: Mounting the seat
1. Turn around the aluminum rail
(001).
2. Loosen the four pre-mounted
screws (300) from the seat (45)
with the included tool.
3. Mount the seat (45) on the
aluminum rail (001) with the
previously loosened screws (300)
