Chapter 6

Special Features

If you find that you frequently send faxes to the same numbers, you can save
time by creating a group containing those numbers and using group dialling.

J

If memory becomes full while scanning your document, MEMORY FULL is
displayed on the LCD. Should this happen you may need to:

I

open the operation panel to remove the page being scanned. Pulling the
document without opening the operation panel may cause it to tear or
become soiled.

I

with the operation panel open remove the document by pulling it upward.

I

gently push the operation panel shut until it clicks.

I

press 

(STOP).

Then try dividing the document into several sections and sending each section
individually.
