1) Pull the drive belt [1] in the direction of the arrow so that the contact image
sensor (CIS) [2] is where indicated in the figure.

2) Remove the CIS home position sensor [3].

When detaching the sensor, do so as if to push it under the claw [2] found at
the rear.
