You can register the following information:
Add Group
The [Add Group] dialog box enables you to register a group and
its information in the Address Book.
[Prefix]
Enters the prefix to the recipient’s name, or
selects the prefix from the drop-down list
([Dr.], [Mr.], [Mrs.], or [Ms.]).
[First]
Enters the recipient’s first name.
[Last]
Enters the recipient’s last name.
[Suffix]
Enters the suffix to the recipient’s name, or
selects the suffix from the drop-down list
([Jr.], [MD], or [Sr.]).
[Recipient Name] Enters the recipient name.
[Company]
Enters the recipient’s company name.
[Dept./Div.]
Enters the recipient’s department or division
name.
[Fax Number]
Enters the recipient’s fax number. You can
enter two numbers and descriptions.
[Notes]
Enters the additional information about the
recipient.
NOTE
When you press [OK] without entering the recipient name in
the [Recipient Name], the [Prefix], [First], [Last], and [Suffix]
are automatically applied to the [Recipient Name] and
displayed on the cover sheet.
If names in the [Recipient Name] and the [Prefix], [First],
[Last], and [Suffix] are different, the name in the [Recipient
Name] is displayed on the cover sheet.
