Add Group
The [Add Group] dialog box enables you to register a group and
its information in the Address Book.
You can register the following information:
[Group Name]
Enters the group name.
[Show]
Selects the category of the list displayed in
[Available Recipients] from the drop-down
list ([Person], [Group], or [All]).
[Available
Recipients]
Displays the list of recipients already
registered in the Address Books.
[Add]
Adds a person/group to the group.
[Delete]
Deletes a person/group from the group.
[Current Group
Members]
Displays the members currently registered in
the group.
[Notes]
Enters the additional information about the
group.
