Using the Memory Features
Chapter 8
Deleting a Document Stored in Memory
Follow this procedure to delete a document from memory.
Method 1
1.
Open One-Touch Speed Dial panel, then press
Memory Reference

to select 4.DELETE DOCUMENT.

4.
Use
or
to select the TX/RX number you want to delete.

You can check the documents stored in memory by pressing
or .
❏
If you are not sure of the TX/RX number you want to delete,
print the list of documents stored in memory. See page 8-2 for
details.
5.
Press
Set

6.
Press to delete the fax, or
#
to cancel deleting.

If you press

, the unit returns to step 4.
