Deleting messages
Follow the procedure below to delete the alternative outgoing message, a voice memo, the fax/tel
message or forwarding message.

] to select the type of message you
want to delete.

Press [Delete].
The fax asks you to confirm that you want to delete
the message.

If you do not want to delete the message, press [#].

You cannot delete the OUTGOING MESSAGE. The old outgoing message will be automatically
deleted when you record your new message.
