Select [Scan] button from the [Scanner events] drop-down list.

At [Send to this application] unmark the applications that are not to be started 
up, and click [Apply].

Click [OK] to close [CANON DR-2050C USB Properties].

Restart Windows to enable the new settings for the event function.
